This was because these vehicles were registered according to the standard of flatbed trucks, but added cargo boxes for transporting sand, stones, coal, and other goods on the road. The transportation management department inspected the flatbed dump truck according to the flatbed standard, and for safety reasons, determined that the flatbed dump truck with backflip and side flip was an illegally modified vehicle. Starting from May 31, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stopped uploading the certificate of conformity for this type of vehicle, which means that this type of vehicle cannot be purchased.
